Refunds
All items on 5050 Gal are non-refundable.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your product along with 3 photos that show the damage. Please include one photo of the box, one of the product packaging, and one of the bowl damage. We will cover dish and shipping costs of one replacement. If for some reason, you have additional damages and/or issues with your replacement dish, you will be refunded for your purchase.
Communication
We respond to all messages during the hours of 10 AM to 5 PM Mountain Standard Time, Monday through Friday. If you contact us outside of our operating hours, we'll respond on the following business day.
